Grant Stokes lobbied the University of the South to convert the Resident Advisors program to one of Resident Chaplains, and used an E-21 grant to pilot to first year. The Resident Chaplains worked hard for undergraduate acceptance and participation, and administrative support; the program was renewed by the University.
